Lee Pye, NALP

Lee has worked for Habersham Properties since 2001 and in the apartment industry since 1999. Lee is currently pursuing her real estate license and has a National Association of Leasing Professionals designation from the National Apartment Association. Originally from Sydney, Australia, she calls Georgia her home and enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, wakeboarding and camping in the beautiful Georgia Mountains. She currently lives in North Georgia with her husband and animals.

Lee, while friendly and outgoing, takes pride in assisting prospective tenants in finding a new home and looks forward to using her expertise to help you!

Lee's office hours are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

April A. Hardin, CAM

April has been with Habersham Properties since 1997 and currently serves as the Director of Property Management, Residential Division. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kennesaw State University and a Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association in Alexandria, Virginia.

Her career in property management began over 15 years ago with Ultima Holdings in Atlanta. After graduation, she accepted a position with Avalon Properties, in the Boston market. She was named as a top Senior Leasing Agent in new construction her first year. During her tenure with Trammell Crow Residential in Dallas-Ft. Worth, she stabilized 3 tax credit communities during a fee-managed lease up. In turn, April assisted in transitioning multiple communities while with Security Capital Group, now Archstone.

April has held multiple positions with the Atlanta Apartment Association including the Membership Advisory Board 2000, 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2007. She also served on the AAA Trade Show Committee in 2000 and 2001 and Education committee in 1999 and 2000.

Additionally April has served as president of the Kennesaw State Alumni Association and is a member of the Kennesaw State Communication Society. April was also awarded the KSU Outstanding Alumni Award in 2002.

Ann J. Story

Ann has been with Habersham Properties over 4 years. She has served as an onsite community manager in Buckhead and in several interim capacities at the Habersham Properties corporate office.

Previously, Ann worked with other management companies in Buckhead and additional metro Atlanta areas. She has had specialized training in various areas of property management including Fair Housing, multi family marketing and is currently taking bilingual courses through the Atlanta Apartment Association.

Ann's corporate hours are mornings Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and afternoons on Monday and Wednesday.
