Pet Fee (non-refundable): $250
Deposit (refundable): $250

1. Applicant(s) must have one year verifiable rental history reflecting positive occupancy.
2. Applicant(s) must have one-year verifiable employment and/or provide current bank statements that prove income.
3. Applicant(s) must have gross income equal to three times the monthly rent payment.
4. Applicant(s) must have a good personal credit standing.
5. Co-signers are not an option.
6. Applications will not be processed without the $49 fee
