Yes, we allow pets. There is a one-time pet fee of $350 that covers up to two animals.

WHAT LEASE TERMS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer six and twelve month leases on all of our apartments. The six month leases have an additional fee, consult your leasing agent regarding increase.
HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The security deposit is different at each property, and dependent upon your credit, employment, and rental history.
HOW MUCH IS THE LATE FEE?
The is a $100 charge for any rent received after the 5th of each month.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE IF I’M NOT GOING TO RENEW MY LEASE?
Please refer to your lease contract to find the required of days needed to give notice. This varies from 60 up to 120 days. If you decide not to renew your lease, please submit your notice in writing as soon as possible, no later than 60 to 120 DAYS (as specified in your contract) prior to your moving date to avoid additional fees. Notices to vacate must be given prior to the last day of the month to be effective for the next month.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK AFTER I MOVE OUT?
Deposit refunds are issued 30 days after your move out date.
WHAT IS YOUR APPLICATION FEE?
There is a $60 non-refundable fee for one and $99 non-refundable fee for two.
CAN I HAVE A ROOMATE?
All additional tenants must be approved by the property manager, and have an approved application on file. Failure to notify management of any additional tenant constitutes a violoation of your lease.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RENEW MY LEASE AT THE END OF THE TERM?
Please check your lease to deteremine the exact requirements, however the majority of our leases automatically renew on a month to month basis. Non-renewed leases are subjust to an automatic month to month fee of $75. As a courtesy, Habersham Properties sends out a renewal letter prior to your lease term ending. If you do not receive a renewal letter please contact the corporate office to avoid incurring any additional fees.
